A community that invites you to enjoy the simple things in life.Find Out More
It might be that you work downtown. Maybe on the west end, or maybe out east. But after a long day at work, nothing calls to you like home. You navigate through traffic, through red lights and merge signs, all to get back to that space you call your own.
And as you head west down Ellerslie, when the banks and office buildings turn into horizon and spruce trees, you feel yourself taking your first full breath all day. You look right to see your city’s core, and then turn left towards Creekwood. And after you fill your lungs with the sights and sounds of your neighbourhood you let out a contented sigh.
Now here’s a place where you can enjoy the simple things.
Creekwood. Life slowed down. A southwest community south of Ellerslie Rd at 141 Street.
The newest Stage of Creekwood is launching soon with a new showhome parade in spring 2017.
Check out the Creekwood Stage 45 Map for future showhome locations.
Donald R. Getty School will be opening in Creekwood in fall 2017!

Thank you to everyone who came out for some free family fun at our annual summer BBQ! Inflatables, ice cream, train rides, and more were enjoyed by all at the park in Creekwood.
Thank you to all the enthusiastic families who joined us for our Family Day Frolic on Sunday, February 19th! While it was certainly a slushy afternoon, we had so much fun hanging out with reighbours and keeping our bellies warm with fresh soup, hot chocolate and Le Boucheron!
Thank you to the residents in Creekwood and The Collections at Creekwood who participated in our second annual Creekwood Christmas Lights Contest! We judged your most extravagant lighting displays on December 15th and gave out prizes to our winners for People’s Choice, 1st Place, and 2nd Place.
We can’t wait to see what you come up with next year!
A quiet calm.
Creekwood offers a slower, quieter lifestyle. Stand in front of Creekwood’s stormwater pond, look south at the horizon, and pause. You’ll feel it. Creekwood has an emotion that few places in Edmonton can replicate. It’s a place where peace, quiet, and a touch of serenity wrap you up like a blanket while the endless sky gives you a feeling of limitless possibilities.
An urban escape.
Creekwood is perfect for people who want to feel like they’re out of the city. Some people want to live in the middle of the storm. Many don’t. Creekwood’s ideal residents appreciate a healthy separation from the goings on of their busy everyday lives with the comforts of being at home. They want plenty of paths to walk their dogs, greenspace for their kids to play, and a healthy dose of nature to explore on the weekend.
A convenient choice.
Creekwood is minutes away from all the conveniences. Proximity to amenities isn’t a reason to move somewhere, but a lack of them is reason enough to not. Anyone looking into a life in Creekwood will quickly realize just how easy it is to get the things you need. Groceries, movies, and shopping are all just minutes away, and with hardly a traffic light on the way.
Here in Creekwood Chappelle, we believe lasting relationships are built in community involvement. We are passionate about bringing friends and families together, and to do so, we proudly put together exciting community events like our annual CreekwoodStock, Snow Day, and Kids Street Hockey Event, as well as community barbeques, free fitness in the park with the help of the YMCA, and various social media contests as our way of supporting our residents year-round.
